Neil is the founder of PLANarama. He loves nothing better than pushing boundaries and exploring new territory.
Originally a research scientist with a Biotechnology Degree, Neil could have seen out his days locked up in a lab somewhere, a man in a white coat, with glitter only in his heart.
When he’s not working you’ll find him at the gym or at a party, enjoying life.

Sabina Roberts
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Sabina is Neil’s right hand person, heading up the Project Managers and overseeing the operational running of PLANarama. She studied Textiles and Public Art at Chelsea Art College.
Sabina is the type of person who can be trusted with anything, even our deepest secrets. If she didn’t love her job so much she would probably be off traveling in some faraway place.

Stephen Henden
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Stevie is the man with his finger on the financial & IT pulse of PLANarama. He enjoyed a lengthy career in Tour Operating, for major companies including Thomson Holidays & Magic Of Italy before he joined PLANarama.
He is also involved with the voluntary sector providing IT/social networking support and expertise to the Dulwich Picture Gallery, The Friends of the Dulwich Picture Gallery, The Dulwich Festival and The Bigger Picture Film club.

Kate McCutcheon
CREATIVE MANAGER
Kate’s been with PLANarama since 2001. She started out studying Jewellery making and 3D Design, then worked in prop-making before settling in visual display.
Kate has an encyclopedic knowledge of what materials stick to each other, along with a raucous sense of humour.

Ben Alder
PROJECT MANAGER
We’ve thought about placing Ben at the door at night to scare away potential intruders but gave that idea the chop. Ben has a Degree in 3D Design and won the Young Professional Designer of the Year.
When he’s not meeting clients, briefing designers or ensuring production is running smoothly, Ben is likely to be found playing football or boxing.

Jean McGuinness

Jean ended up working in the wonderful world of window display after completing a ceramics degree and an MA in Design from Central St. Martin’s College in London.
Outside of work, Jean loves going to gigs, trying to keep her plants alive and making her friends overly elaborate fancy dress outfits.

Kay Pratley
ACCOUNTS
Kay holds the proud position of being the first employee of PLANarama. Even though she now does the sums for PLAN she was ‘once upon a time’ quite creative and studied Art & Design at college.
Away from work she enjoys looking after her little girl and (when she has time!) gardening, watching movies and eating cake. She is currently learning Portuguese.

Georgios Koumnas

Georgios likes colouring-in. He’s so cool you don’t even have to pronounce the last letter of his name! He’s got a degree in Visual Design & Display and a diploma in Interior Design.
He has the best equipped pencil case you’ve ever seen and can apparently do a mean impression of a slug. Don’t ask.

Isobel Lees
OFFICE MANAGER / PA
Although Isobel is doing an administrative role she is a ‘creative’ at heart and has a degree in Fashion Photography.
Career wise she has done a bit of everything and has been described as a ‘Renaissance Woman’ in the past! (Most bizarre job to date – peeling shallots with a Stanley knife in Australia for the grand sum of 48 cents a kilo!) Isobel has a good sense of humour and probably talks a bit too much.

Stephanie is the latest addition to PLAN having graduated from Chelsea College of Art and Design in 2011. Since graduating she has been Freelancing in Graphics, Visual Merchandising and Display.
Stephanie has an extremely colourful wardrobe and when she’s not working she enjoys socialising with friends.
